Music of the Night DJ Services has been in operation for over thirty years providing professional disc jockey services all over Central Ontario. We are members of the Canadian Disc Jockey Association, the Canadian Association of Mobile Entertainers and Operators, and the Canadian Online Disc Jockey Association, assuring we are both A.V.L.A. licensed and insured.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is very simple:
"If everyone is having a good time, and the dance floor is full….keep it up. If not, change the music quickly."
We talk to our clients, find out their expectations, meet and try to exceed those expectations through our DJ Services.
Each group is different; if most prefer conversation to dancing, we do not let the music overpower their conversations, especially early in the evening.
Many events have a mix of age groups present, each with their own preference for music styles. We do our best to satisfy all tastes throughout the evening.
Music of the Night DJ Services is always willing and able to take appropriate requests.
Our strength is disc jockeys with long-time experience that enables them to read the mood of your guests and adapt the music to suit. Another strength is a firm belief that we are there to ensure that the participants have a great time, not to be the center of attention. Event Planning

Wedding music is one of our specialties. We understand that the most memorable aspects of a wedding are the wedding music played at your reception, the food provided by the banquet hall or caterer and the overall service that was received.

All our packages include either an event or reception planner to help you in organizing your event and we are happy to meet with you to discuss your specific needs.
We are continually updating all our music libraries, lighting and sound systems. We use professional sound equipment, such as Bryston, Numark, Sony, Crest, Bryston and Klipsch. All equipment is checked before it leaves and back-up equipment is available.
